Microtech Gefell rattling?

Just picked up my Gefell's and the rattle a little bit.  Anyone ever have this issue?

Anyone know where to send in Gefell's for service?

No, I have never heard of that.  Looks like it may be service time.  You have to send them back to Germany for service.
