i love that you engraved/cnc'ed 'acer' to relate to the maple cutout and woodgrain, real nice touch.

I’ve been spinning this over the past few days and have gotten it dialed in to the point that it is 95% there. I do have an extra 10mm tone arm spacer coming and will ad it upon arrival. So far I am very happy with it and it now is leading me down the road of selling my Hot Rodded TD850, which I will post here once ready!

Wow,
Very nice work.
Does VPI just sell parts direct, or did you scavenge from another table?

Every part on this table is absolutely brand new. VPI sells motors, tonearms, bearings and platters, as does Origin Live. The platter and bearing goes for $1000.00 and the motor from OL goes for $850.00. The tonearm is around $700.00 with all its parts. The plinth was around $500.00 to build. The dustcover was about $225.00 and the extra bits were another $150.00. So in total this table cost around $3000.00 to build, sans cartridge.

A few more sexy shots.

Looks like the table that P.M.Trudeau would own <wiggles eye brows>

^ I take it that you aren't Eastern European ... Annoying ballet was the bane of my childhood.
I was slapped often for my commentary, but who could avoid it?
