For that budget, and that type of music, I suggest Audio Technica cardioids - AT853 or AT831, plus a cheap custom DIN mount, AT8410a shock, clamp etc.
Buying from SP isn't really a drag, they're cheaper than buying this side of the pond, even taking into account customs. Or buy second hand.
