Title: Sony DCR-HC17E good enough
Post by: asmusu2 on August 29, 2007, 05:22:17 PM
Hi,

I like to videotape concerts.

I have found the Sony DCR-HC17E camera for a cheap price

It has minimum light (lux) 5,0, I have not been able to find anything about the camera on English.

I would like to use it as an extra camera fixed on a tripod, and then just push the rec-button and leave it. To mix the 2 recordings.

Hope someone can help me, or if you need more information, I will try to translate to English.

Best wishes

Steen

If you're just using it to capture a static shot, really the only thing you need to do is get the exposure set right - and let her run 'til the end of the tape.  The exposure is the key though.
