I know...  opted to see Bloodkin tonight in town.  Played one set, took a break, and came out for a whopping 3 song second set...

at least with the PSP-3 you can effectively take the calpots on the minime out of the equation...

I love PSP-2>apogee, but I think the PSP-3 is more similar in sound to a v2 (where the PSP-2 is more similar to a m148).

ditto what craig said. 480>mme is nice, the relatively flat transparent akg is a nice match with the fat, round mme sound, going mic in. if you want a warm sound like that, but tighter, adding an oade m148 or eaa psp-2 would be perfect.
