Hoping to learn something here.... Are the Shapeways bars 'better' than the Schoeps bar or its clones (Kwon, NOLA, etc)? I've never used a Shapeways mount just because the delrin bars/Shure donut do everything I need them too. When I consider switching to a Rycote shockmount plus the Shapeways bar I start realizing I've now got something that is more expensive yet much less low-profile. Is the benefit all about the cable holder?
TIA!
