Don't know about a cable between the two, but I think you can do it wirelessly, if both your phone and TV are on the same network. Or, a really easy way to do this would be: phone USB connection to a computer, then from the computer to a TV via an HDMI cable?

I'm pretty sure you can do that with a Chromecast, but I think you might need Android 4.4 on your phone to do so. The monitor would need HDMI in for the Chomecast.

Lowes sells a phone mini plug to HDMI adaptor now...looks like a solid build
