Title: Any Market For a Small, Simple Tube Amp?
Post by: BlindGuyEars on June 10, 2019, 05:07:33 PM
I have a Decware Engineering SE84CS amp here that I will likely never use again. It's great, I just don't need it.  A couple watts per channel, very very simple 2-channel amp, maybe a good starter for someone new to better sound?

Are people still buying and selling this sort of thing?

Seems like it might also be good for an office desktop amp with some small efficient speakers...?  (With the usual caveat that I know virtually nothing about tube amps.)

audiogon and reverb are popular sites for this but not sure how accessible they are

Also avsforum and the Steve Hoffman forums have yard sale type subforums where this would fit in nicely and reach the right audience.
