JB2 vs JB3 question
« on: November 29, 2003, 01:14:30 AM »
I am thinking of upgrading away from my Sharp MD-MT15 and have been reading up on all the pros and cons of the JB3.  As I was at Wal-Mart checking to see if they even had a JB3 in stock, I noticed a JB2LX 20GB unit. I hadnt really heard anything good or bad about the JB2's, so I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts/insights about this unit. The price on the JB2 was $158.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
TIA
Jim

The JB3 is the only Nomad that has Optical in.

You only want the JB3

The JB2 doesn't record, i.e. it doesn't have the analog/optical inputs which make the JB3 suitable for field recording.
