Audacity Users: Temp files?
« on: August 27, 2005, 12:59:44 PM »
I was taping a show the other night when Audacity decides to crash on me right near the end of the first set. I managed to record the second set in it's entirety but I'm hoping someone can point me to where Audacity might store its temp files so I can recover the lost first set.

I've got Audacity running on a G4 iBook. I'm not terribly Mac-friendly (only got one for the free iPod and for taping purposes) so I'm not really sure of where to look.

Any help is appreciated.

Under Linux there is a .audacity config file in the users' home directory which contains the temp dir among other things.

Not sure what the mac equiv is.
