replacing left channel with right

My recording the other night had a really low level in the left channel for some reason. Can someone be so kind as to suggest a technique to replace the left channel with the right using either soundforge or Nero Wave Editor. Thanks.

in soundforge you should be able to just copy the right channel and paste it over the left.
Although it might sound more natural to increase the volume of the left channel to match that of the right one.
