Typically, I am doing government and university work and our standard studio rate is 250 an hour.  But as with all things, that is very flexible and subject to change based on size and scope of job.  There are a lot of considerations that get made when we price jobs, so it's hard to pin an exact number on any one job.

Just an FYI that I was offering to handle this one pro-bono ;)
