i would like to keep all of my batteries consistent(ie all 7.2v or all 9.6v) but im not paying 15 bucks more per pair for 9.6v batts, i mean, thats just silly

i vcan get (4) 7.2v batts for 70 bucks and only (2) 9.6v batts are 50 bucks :P

just wondering as im starting to really get my VR Box ready for heavy use thiks summer, and i dont wanna hot-swap a 9.6v battery into a 7.2v setup :P

so who wants to buy 2 9.6v NIMH RC batteries ???

The 9.6 battery has two more cells, so there's justification for a 1/3 higher cost.  The rest of the difference likely has to do mostly with economies of scale.  7.2v has been a 'standard' in RC for a long while.

Actually... your 7.2v batteries at $17.50 are $2.92 per cell.  The 9.6v at $25 are $3.13 per cell.  That seems pretty reasonable to me.
