Mp2 nimh mod?
« on: March 29, 2018, 10:25:19 PM »
I haven't owned one for a long time but seem to recall that a mod is required to run nimh? Does SD still do the job? Or is there a diy solution? Thanks!

Yes, Sound Devices still updates the battery tube.  They did it for a MP2 I sent in a few years back.   Ran me $125.00.  They gave the thing the "once-over" too and even updated the XLRs to brand new Neutriks.  It was worth it to me.
