I think I know where both Boo and Moke are coming from.

No doubt LPs (and cassettes) go through some processing to sound good

But 16 bit cd technology hasnt changed much since 1983

Both delivery methods have thier good points.

I try and focus on both formats good points when listening back.

LP's last for 18 minutes a side.....which is a good thing in my house.  I take my 5 year old down to the music room, we pull out an old jazz LP before bed and spin it while we play a game, when the records over, she knows its time to go to bed.

I'd be down there all nite if it was a CD  ::)
