I have the SP-GNA-3 t-bar from sound professionals with a shock mount.
I think it is discontinued from their site.
It is a t-bar with arms that can be manipulated to whatever shape you would like.
At the ends of the bar, there are two metal circles that the ca-14 mics (with the windscreens) fir snugly inside.
I can't find it on the sound professionals site at the moment.
The closest product seems to be this one:

Maybe you can try and ask Chris if he can make you the old SP-GNA-3 model.

Would be cool if this came in 36" and 48" versions for omni's!

You could try a pair of rabbit ear antennas.  They are retractable and can be bought for under $10 online.

In my experiences, if you can wrap a little gaff tape around the "nipple" on the back side of the mike...  with a little experimenting, they can fit perfectly in the various Schoeps accessories..  SGC's/Kwon Bars/NOLA Bars/it-goes-to-eleven Bars/nbob SGC's.
But I know that all Church mikes are not exactly the same, so..  YMMV.
But it's worth a shot..

Here's my DIY solution. I took some stuff I found in my house and made this cool little mic bar for the CA-14's

1 Plastic coat hanger (I ended up cutting the ends off of the hanger to save space in my bag)
2 White plastic "block things"
2 Yellow plastic drywall? anchors

I mounted the white plastic cubes (really have no idea what they are or what they're real use is for) to the hanger with screws.
I jammed the yellow things into the holes on the block things (the CA 14 alligator clips clip onto the yellow things) and the neat thing about this is that the yellow pieces rotate easily (yet are tight enough to stay put) so I am able to adjust the angle of the mics - 90, 110, PAS, etc.
Finally, I drilled a hole in the center of the hanger so I can screw it onto any mic stand, super clamp, gorilla pod, etc.
In this particular photo I just used gaffers tape to tape it to the bar holding the busman mics...

Hey hey, after wrapping the nipple parts on the back of my CA mics, I made a din holder w two 45 degree elbos and 1/2'' cpvc. I also made a nos holder the same way but longer. Then I notched out slots for the cables.
