Not for sure what the 933s look like but this is what I use for my 943s.

im assuming the 33's and 43's are very similar

what kind of a stand did you use with that t-bar? happen to use the sp stand they have on that same page

it would be 79.00 for thier t-bar and stand, sound like a deal?

Thanks
Dustin

So I have one of the sound pro t bars that I dont use.  It is like they show, basically a flex bar, that goes through a AT 8415 shock mount in the middle (this is where the stand connects).  I got it when I bought a set of 853's for stealthing (i.e. why I dont use the mount since I only use these mics for that purpose).  The only thing that would concern me is that the 853's are a bit bigger than the 933's (I believe), which will cause a problem with how they mount.  Let me see if I can explain, at each end of the flex bar is a metal hole about a half inch in diameter, the way you put in the mics in is you put these heavy windscreens that came with the mount through, this fits snuggly with the bar and then stick the mics into the windscreen.  Now the only issue I believe I can see is where the cable comes out of the 933's.  On the 853's it comes out the back so I "plug it straight in."  If the 933's come out the side, that could be an issue.

If your interested in the mount and it sounds like you can use it, let me dig it up and we can probably work something out for it!

im not exactly sure what the size difference is, but i believe the 933's are smaller

but the cables do come out of the backs of the 933's

anyone know any info that could set us straight, so i could possibly buy the t-bar from him?

i dont see anything else that would affect the usage of it with my 933's. i believe they offer the same t-bar with all the mics on the sp.com page

I believe you order the tbars based on which mic capsule is used.  The difference is the windscreen that is supplied with the bar.  Depending on the size of the capsule the opening on the windscreen is bigger or smaller.

If his bar is for the 853s, it may not be a snug fit, but it may work.  You may also be able to buy replacement windscreens that fit the 933s.

I've got a set of 933s, and they fit that tbar just fine.  No need to switch out windscreens...

Just be sure you get the thread adapter for Bogen stands.  The stand will have a 1/4" or something like that and you need a 5/8".  SP sells it, it's this right here:  http://www.soundprofessionals.com/cgi-bin/gold/category.cgi?category=380&item=SP-TMA-1&type=store

Go Bogen....I am not sure if this place is the cheapest, but you will get some model numbers

http://www.micsupply.com/standproducts.htm

The greatest thing about the bogen is when you are in tight setups like arenas and sheds, you can leave the thing collapsed, and since it has a flat bottom, set it directly on the ground and duct tape it in between the seat bottoms, and run it high from there.  A hell of alot more practical than setting up in an aisle.
