Title: SBD > SBM question
Post by: Massive Dynamic on December 15, 2004, 01:17:53 PM
I searched the posts and noticed a few of you have taken sbd feeds into a SBM.  Do you typically need attenuators, or can the SBM-1 handle a very hot board feed?

I've done that dozens of times. Never needed an attenuator. If the levels seem too hot, just be nice and polite to the engineer, ask him/her to give you a little less output, and you're all good.

yep. in fact its always good to have them start moderately...aabout 1/2 way up, and adjust accordingly yourself.
