Topic: Has anyone tried a 16gb card in the Microtrack 2496 yet?

I'm thinking about ordering one of the Sandisk Extreme III 16gb CF cards.  Has anyone tried a 16gb yet?

This is way past firsthand knowledge but a friend of mine who knows someone else who owns a MicroTrack told me that his friend tried out a 16GB card and it worked fine for him.  Not much to go on but better than if I had a friend who knew someone that tried it and it didn't work  .

Thanks, I'm pretty sure it will work.  I'm going to buy the card and give it a try if it doesn't work I can always sell it.

No kidding.  They just keep ketting better. I keep expecting to hear that they have reached the limit of what will fit into a CF or SD card since they are so small.
