A recent discussion in the "671 in the field" post has got me thinking. Which will sound better?

DPA4061>DPA MMA6000>MT........Theres no need for that SBM-1 mines collecting dust..The only way I will run my SBM-1 is if i wanna run my levels over allnight..Pearl Jam dave was telling me how much better his tapes were with the SBM-1 over running the Sonosax SBM-1..He just bought a MMA 6000..I now see his SBM-1 is in the yard sale..That MMA 6000 is a sick piece ,the right situation in the right place that combo will give you results that will be hard to beat..BTW no need to run the rolloff

Got to thinking the only way I would run rolloff is in a big arena aways back.In any small room I wouldnt run any roll off,the MMA 6000 is real clean..If you havent run it yet enjoy

Depends on the A/D in the MT, really. I haven't seen much discussion about it... somewhere someone posted about the noise floor, but I don't know where. Freelunch stealthed Beck 4061-bb-Mt, and it sounded pretty nice to my ears.

Tickets are dead to me. Except the ones I have, don't have, and lost. Not to mention the ones you have, don't have, and lost. And the ones that other dude has, doesn't have, and lost. Let me know if you need some tickets, I'm happy to oblige.
