Title: extension for Sabra-Som ST-2 mount

I have this mount that's been collecting dust for a few years (Like all Sambra Som, its junk!) but have recently thought that if the bar that mounts the holders for the shock mounts were 3' long, I could use it mount some omni caps I have (but rarely ever use). Has anyone done this? Can a 3' bar be purchased for it or will I need to manufacture it myself?

Don't know the answer to your ?, but here's a tip for making something for spaced Omnis, I have sabra shock mounts and they will fit on 3/8 inch Allen wrenches that you can find cheap at a used tool store. Hope that helps.
