Title: ADAT anyone?
Post by: maestro209 on June 02, 2010, 04:54:20 PM

It looks like this crowd is all about the modern hand held recording units. I am a little more old school than that. I have two ADAT 8 track recorders that are looking for a happy home. Actual I have a silver face Alesis ADAT and a Panasonic ADAT. I am hoping to find an appreciative home for them. I hope someone in here either knows someone who is interested, or is interested in them for themselves.

Thanks for the help and I apologize if I have offended anyone with this post. Total n00b in this area.

LOL. Love your post. I have 8 unopened ADAT tapes for these machines. So if you buy this machine, contact me to buy my blank tapes.

huh? ... ADAT is DEAD??

How am I gonna tell that to my children, who are now malnourished and nit-ridden because I bought three new XT20s at list price, with their inheritance money ...and it all seems only a few years ago...  ???

Geez... f I'd waited till now I could have bought an SD 722 and a 744 and...  :P

(Seriously: Yes, I still have my almost new ADATs (and an unopened box of Apogee tapes)! They'll be useful for something... someday...)  ;D

Cheers
