Title: (JB3 Help) ComPuter wont recognize my JB3

i plug todds jb3 in.  it says "Player is connected".  then it says "Preparing Library, Please wait".  Then it says, "player not connected".  Ive tried it on 2 different computers that both have Creative software (from the disc, which i still have)  Ive also tried using different usb cables.

WTF!  can anybody help me on this?  is there an update i can d/l?  ive searched the net and cant seem to find support for the JB3.  i am a noob, so thats no doubt my problem.   ::)

please help me if you can....Cd

finally got it.  dont know how.  tried system restarts, plugged it in a bunch of times, finally it picked it up.

what a pain.  im already having to dump to the laptop, then use a hard drive to put it on a desktop workstation.  so, what should i do?  just buy a different recorder??

nomad explorer.  it is WAY better than creative playcenter to transfer stuff.  not sure if that will help but it's a start.

also have you done a format in a while/ever??  after you get the shows off it's a good idea to.  see the other jb3 thread in this forum to learn how.
