adding gain to a recording

If I was using SF7 and would like to add some gain to my recording after the fact how would I do this using SF7?
Recording:
SKM 140's>LC3>ACM660

Playback:
Tascam DA30MKII DAT player
Jolida Tube CD player

Sota Saphire w/grado TLZ> Melos 333> Melos 400 monoblocks> Legacy Focus

Mcintosh MR71>c22>MC60 monoblocks

not sure with sf but with wavelab you go to process > change gain.  you can click "get peak level" so you know how much you have to work with.
