I've trying to get an outer ring for my h-85 shock mount for over 3 months.. I've called 5 times and been given the run around. 3 times they've told me it would be at house in 3 days. Twice it was in stock and then when I called after not getting they said it was back ordered. Worst customer service ever...

H-85 runs around $100-120 a piece depending on where you get it. The outer ring which is what I need is $11.00
