Title: AKG MIC have small xlr pin, does anyone know how to modify?

I bought two D125 Mics on ebay but they don't have regular xlr connection, the have cords extends to to a small not mini xlr, they are of the three pin variety. :( :(

Those are likely a variety of tuchel connectors.  All you should need are some adapter cables since the D series mics are dynamic (no phantom powering).

Looks like Kleintuchel to me, but it's funny, because this site says they came with XLR:

Maybe this was an early production run?

Like easyjim said, all you need is an adapter cable. You just need to make sure that the pins are wired the right way, since there were two different standards:

Looks like a DIN 41524 3-pin not a Tuchel style DIN - Tuchel style DIN's are threaded on the collar where as the DIN 41524 is not threaded on the collar

You probably will need a custom cable made using something like:
