What is a good software to author 4k blu rays? I use premiere pro to edit 4k footage but need to get it on blu ray

I think the new version of Nero can do this. The discs to do this are still very expensive if you are doing a whole movie, though. Do you have a client that needs an actual 4k / UHD BD disc? Otherwise, it would be cheaper and easier to just deliver your content on a 64GB flash drive, at least until 50GB discs come down to a reasonable level.

Yep, but not many so far. There are many "standard" blu-ray players that advertise "UHD 4K upscaling" but that's not the same thing as being able to decode a UHD 4K disc directly.

Will need Sony Dvd architect to add support for 4k authoring before i go all in.
