Title: Switching Inputs Mid Show
Post by: blu666z on July 28, 2003, 08:04:54 PM
Gonna be hitting a show tonite just so I can do a little comparisons w/ and wo/ the UA-5.  I have a D7 with a 7pin from the UA-5.  If they don't do 2 sets and I have to switch midset, do I have to stop the deck and restart it to switch from 7-pin to 1/8" Line-In.

I think so - you may even have to cycle the power but I'm not 100% positive on that. If you yank the 7-pin it'll just read "No Input" until you stick the plug back in. I think that's the case if you switch from digi to analog or the other way around...

So what are the results of your comparison?

Didn't get to do it.  I was going to be running a new right angle digital cable and it was faulty and didn't have a replacement with me.  Next time.
