Title: Where to find 1/8" > 1/4" threaded adapter?

Like the kind that comes with Sony 7506 headphones.  I've lost mine and would like to buy a few of them.
Anyone know where to find these?  I looked around w/some of the usual suspects, but have come up empty.

damn $12 is pretty steep considering the unthreaded ones can be had for $1-2.

I can't believe that these aren't on Ebay for cheaper.
