Known Issues
FireWire - The FireWire implementation in firmware revision 1.46 is not fully speed-optimized. Expect download throughput between 22–32 Mb/s, depending on the platform and bus type.
FireWire - The FireWire implementation provides connection and transfer to/from the internal hard drive only. Compact Flash is not available via FireWire.
FireWire - The internal hard drive cannot be formatted from Windows 2000.
MP3 Encoder - The Analog Devices licensed MP3 encoder sounds poor at all bit rates.
These known issues will be addressed in future revisions of firmware.
