Title: Microphone Spacing
Post by: ljramsey on June 15, 2006, 08:43:52 AM
I run Sennheiser ME66 mics. I use a Sabra shock mount to hold the mics. They are spaced approximately 20cm apart. A buddy of mine machined a 21" bar for me. Is there any advantage to spacing the mics out somewhere between my usual 20cm and as far as 21"?

I was considering trying the new bar tomorrow night when I see the Allman Brothers at Riverbend.

Thanks for the advice. I think I will try the spacing tomorrow with the ABB.
