Just got a H320, need help with Rockbox

Yeah, can anyone help me with installing Rockbox?

I have no idea which version to get as I heard some of the latest ones have some issues with recording.

So, if I can get some help within the next five hours It will be massively appreciative; I'm hoping to test it out at the Mono show tonight.

Mine took a few hours to charge.  Yesterday I tested the battery to see how long a full battery would record for, and it went well over 7.5 hours (but some people report lesser times on their batteries, it depends how old/new the battery in your particular unit is).
