UA5 flashing power light?

OK guys when I am using my UA5 in 48KHz the power LED stays on constantly, but when I use it in 96KHz the power LED flashes.  IS there something wrong?  With the light flashing I cannot supply my micswith phantom power.  I am definately freaking out here.  Please tell I just have a setting wrong in the software (wavelab5).  Help!

Oh my gosh I am the biggest dumb ass!  I did not have the advance switch turned on so of course it did not want to work.
