I'd look at Ramtek cable, or any Lavaliere mic cable, and you should be ok. nice and thin, very pliable. def. shy away from millspec. to stiff.

Could these cables be made from scratch, by chance? Lemo connectors are available I'm sure, but what about the body end connector?I'd love to get some made for more low profile situations....i.e. 3ft-ers...
