what tbar will work with this stand?

i just got this new stand. any idea on a tbar that will fit it? the one i have wont work with it

What kind of  bar do you have? You may just need a couple of adapters. Such as.

Or just clamp the bar to the stand.

I think that stand actually has a 1/4-20 on the top, not 3/8-16, so you would want a slightly different thread adapter, but yes, digger has the right idea.
