I had bought a pair of SP mics here at the yardsale, but their body looks somewhat different than the model they are supposed to be.
Could anybody please identify the exact model of these mics?
-
looks like 853 card caps with 933 bodies.
is there 3 pieces . caps, adapter and bodies?
-
thank's for the fast reply.
Card caps they are, but I could not make out any adapter.
Could it be I just don't dare trying to unscrew what could be an adapter?
Please look at the mic with the cap taken off:
-
now I did dare trying to unscrew with more force...
and windorabug you must be 100% right!
thank you!
Was I lucky then? ::)
The AT933 are the CMC-8, yes?
The seller and me thought they were SP-CMC-4s, AT853s. The CMC-8 sell for more, how do they, with the AT853 caps, compare to the CMC-4?
Well, I am happy since they are small and hope that they are just as good.
