I just had issues with my Kodak ESP5 printer. 
It wasn't printing clearly missing missing text.. after all the maintance checks it was determined that my prinheads have gone bad.  I have the printer about 1 year.  Kodak is sending me new heads free in addition to new ink cartridges free....  Talk about awsome customer service...I went through their online chat help..Dazy G.  She was very helpful....
