Is there any way to fix a broken .shn file?

I downloaded Phish 11/15/91.  All is good but the first track.  It says No magic number when i try to put it into .wav.  Anyone have any ideas?

Re-download and try to verify again...nothing else you can do...the shn is corrupt so won't play through or decompress...

It probably means that the whole file wasnt downloaded.
