I have the material, just need to find some good insulation that will be affordable.  I want these to be as inexpensive as possible.  I'm going to seek out that corning stuff, and the other suggestions and see if I can score it locally.  I bet I can.  large building supply demands around these parts.

Owens Corning, Knauf, Linacoustic, etc.  Just make sure the acoustic properties are the same.  Also, diffusion and absorbtion are different animals.  You may not want both in the same panel, but then again maybe you do.
