Soundforge issue (lagging)...
« on: December 25, 2007, 03:24:55 PM »
I've been having this problem with Sound Forge 8. Whenever I use it and pause or stop the playback of whatever I'm listening to and then resume the playback, it takes up to three minutes for the actual playback to resume. Obviously this is very annoying when I'm listening to stuff I've just transferred to see how clean the xfer was.

Anybody ever encounter or find out how to fix this?

How much memory do you have, & what are the listed requirements for SF8?

I'm still using SF6 & 256 megs, & while processing can run a bit slow at times, I've never had this happen.

Good luck.
