Hey phil..two things.  What happened to the forum?  I liked reading the techie babble on there.  Second, does the unit have 2 inputs?  I couldn't tell yesterday when I was looking at it?  Third, have you heard it yet?

Hey all!
Here is what I know about the questions you have asked:

The ADC1 will accept AES/XLR, SPDIF, and Word Clock, as well as provide 48v phantom power.
I am not sure if this is what you mean by 2 inputs, D.

It is ACpowered as it is intended for home/studio use, rather than field use.
As always, whenever, I get an update on products, I will let you all know!

As for our forum, it has definitely slowed down.  Not sure why, maybe TS.com??  ;)
It was always intended for the technological posts, rather than a social posting place, so it most likely won't have bandwith this site does.  Maybe people aren't confident in posting questions there since it is not used as much?
Now for a blatant advertisement: If you are interested in posting questions to other forums, try http://www.sonicsense.com/forums.htm

D: maybe there will now be more activity for you!!

Enjoy and speak to you all later
Phil

Wouldn't home/studio use mean it uses ac power?

i know the dac-1 is ac powered, so are you sure you meant to say it's DC not AC?

dc would be cool, but i have a feeling it's not..
