This one looks like it's had a bris, so I'd guess the batteries have male tayima connectors on them, but check with someone who has one onhand.  Mine are in the scrapbox and I can tell which side they came from.

Better yet, go xlr, and female on battery side:

the batteries I have are Male on the battery and female on the charger/power cable

The male connector is the one on the battery.  The female has the plastic retaining clip.  I know this applies to the more common (and larger) Tamiya connectors.  I 'm pretty sure the same is true for the smaller Kyosho ones, but don't hold me to it.

just what I needed.

any why I'm not using XLR is for a couple reasons.
1. too large
2. its not native to the batteries so that one could just use an off the shelf RC pack.

I'm building a nice little USB 5v box that you can just plug any RC battery straight into on the "incoming" voltage.
I dont need it any more (no more MT), but i'm sure someone will want it.  I just want to make it nice nice.
