what should I do?

I'll be running AT853 (not SP) > mp-2 > M1

I have card and hyper caps, and a bar that can do DIN and ORTF.

I have free range of where my mic stand can go.

The band will be playing in an area outside of my work that is mostly concrete with some planters and trees around.

The band will be playing on a stage no more than 15' long, with all their amps on this stage, no PA, no board.

I'm looking for opinions on nice combos with these parameters.  Keep in mind the gear I am using if it matters. I was thinking about setting up 10' away in ORTF....

I've run the AT 933a (SP version) ORTF many times and I generally like the results. I think your plan sounds good.
