Title: Keon bars or equivalent?
Post by: jadedphan on March 20, 2018, 10:07:40 PM
Hey now,

I used to purchase bars for my schoeps caps from don (I think it was don) Kwon. I’m looking to see if he makes a mid-side bar. Also looking for someone making the equivalent quality products, if he’s no longer making them.

Thanks in advance,
-bry

Louie used to make what was referred to as a NOLA bar but I would look at the link below.  If you don't find what you need then send Scott a massage and he will design one for you.  The 3D printed bars are very sturdy and really light.  It's not delrin but it's also not as expensive.

I second the recommendation that you contact Scott @ SRS if he doesn't already have what you need.  He will make any mic bar for you that you desire and he is a Schoeps user.

Last time I ran into Robert Kwon he told me that he still has new old stock bars just not in every pattern and he was looking to sell what he had remaining.
