Can you still play it back on the R09?  Maybe your best option is a realtime transfer via the optical out.

The 1st file I can playback, the 2nd one gives me an "SD card error" on the R-09. Problem is that I don't have anything to record the 24/48 recording.

Are you comfortable with the command line?  Can you navigate and see the files from the command line?

I would recommend you get a card reader. This would make the SD card act like a hard drive. Then run Disk Warrior.

Thanks. Is there any specific card reader you recommend?

Any of the generic USB2 or Firewire readers should work. However, I'm not so sure about my recommendation now. After thinking about it a while, I'm not sure DiscWarrior is going to know what to do with a PC formatted disc. It's designed for Mac OS partitions.
