just throwing stuff out there cause the log is hard to read.  all audio (movie and menus) must be the same format.  if one is wave (lpcm) the other (menu) has to be.  I see that your menus are mp2.  perhaps that is the problem?

seems its the audio from thre video which i can't understand why

what type of audio did you use for the main movie?  lpcm (wave)? ac3? other?

ok.  according to the log your menus are using mp2 audio.  that very well could be the problem.  from what I understand the movie audio and the menu audio have to be the same format.
