Does the burn fail or throw a specific error message or just produce a coaster.  Have you tried a different brand of media?

no problem with the burn at all it just adds that anoying 2 second gap in between tracks.I have eac also installed and it will at least burn with out the gaps but my car  or my home cd player will not see that there are individual tracks.

ok, you need to select all the tracks except the first one and change the time spacers to 0.

This is why I hate Roxio/EZCD- they gave the conception that DAO means gapless.  Really the two are different things- DAO just means the laser never turns off during burning.  You can have a DAO gapped cd.

After a dozen burns of forgetting to remove the damn 2 second gaps, I reverted back to using EAC for all my audio burning b/c it has a global setting - set it once, and you're done.  But maybe Nero has the same feature now and I just don't know it.

with the new nero, if you use the nero express you can click the the "no gaps between tracks" option on the right (i think, i always use the full program and just set the properties every time)

Because nothing says "I have lots of money and am sort of confused as to how to spend it" like Bose.
