What about the chaper 300-400 dollar DLP projectors?

How has the projector worked out for you?  I have Benq (used f/ a restaurant/bar that closed)... worked great for about a year, then the bulb burned out.  I replaced the bulb and within a month the screen started getting white spots.  I've read that is something that is not worth repairing.  So, I have basically a new $200 bulb and no projector.
