How many minutes at 24/96 equates to 2 gigs?

thanks, is there a breakdown somwhere or formula to run, like how much is 24/48, 24/88, etc?

Not a formula, but there is a post listing WAV files sizes depending on bit-depth and sample rate in the Archival Info forum, but only really address the most common combos: 16-44/48, 24-44/48/96/192.

Have you guys tried the new and improved search engine?  While the old one has always worked fine for me, the new one is definitely improved.

bits/sample * samples/second * (1/8 bytes/bit) * (1/1024 KB/byes) * (1/1024 MB/KB) * 60 seconds/minute * 60 minutes/hour * # of channels

= # MB/hour
Out of the game … for now?
