I grabbe one of these a few months ago and last night at a show I noticed the zipper fell of the bag and I had to cut the bag open with a knife.  Bummer as that was one of the selling points.

My bag is on the floor covered in cat hair. Using it was too much of  PITA.

Bought one in mid April and have used it a couple times and I'm pretty happy with it. Good product for the price. Hopefully it will hold up. Also, i got it at $31 through amazon...

Just got mine the other day. Pretty nice stand. Quality build IMO. Especially for the price.

This is a great stand for the price, and what I've been using for a while.  I had to hot-glue the feet in like others have stated in Amazon reviews.  The only other significant point against is that I've found the finish scratches easily.  But for the price, it's extremely stable.  I put a saddlebag weight on it when running full height just in case.

Last week I borrowed some mics and ran 6 channels all at the top of the stand - by far the most weight and dollar value I have ever put on it - Schoeps MK4/MK8 M/S setup w/ CMC bodies, AKG C214s, Church CA-14s, and various mounting hardware which added another few pounds.  It held solid.  I will say that with that much weight the air cushioning can no longer be trusted - it was a good thing I was holding on to the posts as I released the locking collars during teardown.
